Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

All merchandise purchased from PussyKat Motor Sport Gear, LLC may be returned within 30 days of receiving order. Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice. We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours from receipt of return. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by PussyKat Motor Sport Gear, LLC for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you are responsible for contacting PussyKat Motor Sport Gear, LLC within 72 hours before you can return the item for a full refund, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges.

Error-Related Refunds
If there is an error on our part related to your order, you are responsible for contacting PussyKat Motor Sport Gear, LLC within 72 hours before we will issue a credit for any applicable charges.

Delivery & Shipping Information

PussyKat Motor Sport Gear, LLC reserves the right to limit quantities ordered and to cancel or reject orders.

UPS package delivery is the typical method of shipping.  In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option.  Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping.   Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by UPS.

Shipping Options

PussyKat Motor Sport Gear, LLC offers three shipping options for in-stock products within the U.S.: Standard, Expedited and Express.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be noted per order during the checkout process.  We will automatically default to the least expensive method of shipping available, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process. Shipping cost is calculated on a "per pound" basis and is based on the level of shipping service selected (Standard, Expedited, Express).

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii with Standard service.  There is, however, an additional UPS surcharge of per item for items shipped with Expedited service, and per item for Express service.

Total Delivery Time for Your Order
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
